Training Opportunities
In addition to the encouragement of self-development aided by the Company Tuition Refund Program, internal training is also provided. This training may take the form of formalized courses by H.R.D., departmental training programs or specific external courses of a vocational nature.

Promotions
It is the policy of 3M, whenever possible, to fill vacancies within the organization, thus providing opportunities of continued advancement for employees. When an opening occurs, all staff that might have the necessary qualifications and abilities will be carefully considered for the position.
